MH 300A Quiz Test

Welcome to the Exam Page – please note the following:

1. If you do not require CE Credit and only need of a Certificate of Completion, you do not need to take these exams. Please reach out to Kristi via [email protected] at the end of the course with this request. However, if you would like to take the exams to test your knowledge, simply type n/a in the License field and we will be happy to provide you with a grade for your exam.

2. If you choose to not take the exam, you will still have access to the next segment.

3. Once you hit the “Submit” button, your exam answers will be sent to our Team and you will receive a confirmation of same. Please note, however, that the exam itself will not be “marked complete” on the course page.

4. Upon submitting your exam our Team will tally the results (for CE Credit, a score of 80% or better is required) and send along the course evaluation for your completion (turnaround time will vary, but our goal is to have your results within 5 business days). Once the evaluation is received, your certificate will be processed, and we will forward same. The total process may take 10-14 days.
