The Mindsight Institute offers an online curriculum of live, web-based, video courses in interpersonal neurobiology ("IPNB") for professionals and a lecture series for the general public.

Join Dr. Siegel in learning more about how the mind, brain, and relationships work together to form the triangle of well-being, a new science-based view of mental health. Hear the latest neuroscience research, submit questions to Dr. Siegel, and communicate with others in the worldwide mindsight community.

Program Format:

• Live courses are recorded and archived so you may view them later at your convenience.
• CE Hours are available for all levels - - eight credits per course.
• Lectures for Levels 1 and 2 Archived Courses are considered Home Study programs for purposes of CE Credit, so please check with your licensing board to see how many hours of home study are allowed per licensing period.
• Certificate of Completion is available after completing a given level.
• Each lecture is one hour. There are 32 lectures per level.
• An Online Ning community is available.
