WHAT COURSE SHOULD I START WITH?

• It is highly recommended that you complete all of Level 1 before moving to Level 2.
• The courses in Level 3 assume that you have completed all eight courses in Levels 1 and 2.
• The courses in Level 3 must be taken in order.
• If you are already familiar with Dr. Siegel's work you may want to skip MOL 101, the very first couse of Level 1.

HOW DO THE ONLINE COURSES LEVEL 1, 2, AND 3 WORK? WHAT IF I MISS A CLASS?

   What’s the format?

• The courses are live, web-based video over the internet.
• The live portion of the courses in Levels 1 and 2 is a weekly Q & A with Dr. Siegel. The lectures are previously recorded and may be viewed at any time.
• The lectures in Level 3 are live and time is allowed for Q & A.

   May I ask questions during the courses?

• Yes, during the live sessions there is a “chat” so that you may type in questions for Dr. Siegel.

   What if I miss a session?

• All sessions are recorded and archived so you may view them later at any time and as often as you like.
• All archived recordings may be streamed only (not downloaded).

ARE THERE ANY TECHNICAL COMPUTER REQUIREMENTS?

• You need a reliable internet connection and speakers.
• To confirm that your computer is compatible with our online web service, WebEx, please click here.

WHAT ABOUT CE HOURS?

   What professionals are eligible to receive CE Hours?

• Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Educational Psychologist, Registered Nurses, Psychologists, and Certified Counselors. (click here to view our detailed CE Information for Online Courses)
• If you are located outside of California, please contact your licensing board to see if you may receive credit from a California CE provider. 
• Lectures for Levels 1 and 2 Archived Courses are considered Home Study programs for purposes of CE Credit, so please check with your licensing board to see how many hours of home study are allowed per licensing period.

   When will I receive my CE Hours?

• We process all CE Hours twice a year, in May and November of the year in which you take our course(s).
• You will receive your CE Hours via e-mail.

   Will I have to take a test?

• Yes, in order to earn CE credit for Levels 1 and 2, you will need to take a test at the conclusion of the course.
• When you are ready to take the test, please contact us at: onlinecourses@mindsightinstitute.com.

   Even if I miss the live lecture, may I still earn CE Hours?

• Yes, as long as you watch the recorded lecture.
