REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

• Go to: http://www.mindsightinstitute.com/courses/online_courses/
• After you pay, you will receive a confirmation and instructions on how to log-in to the online program via e-mail.
• If you register within 24 hours of the course, we will make every effort to get the log-in information to you as soon as possible.

WHEN ARE THE COURSES? HOW LONG DOES ONE COURSE RUN?

• Go to: http://www.mindsightinstitute.com/courses/online_courses/ and click on “View Schedule” for the course that interests you.
• Each course for professionals runs for 8 weeks for 1 hour per week.
• Each course for the general public runs for 8 months for 1 hour per month.

HOW DO THE ONLINE COURSES WORK?

What’s the format?

• The courses are live, web-based video over the internet.

May I ask questions during the courses?

• Yes, during the live courses there is a “chat” function where you may type in questions for Dr. Siegel to answer as time permits during the course.

If I miss a class may I still listen to it?

• Yes, all classes are archived so you may view them later at any time.

When I watch the recording, may I stop it at any time and go back to where I left off at a later date?

• Yes, absolutely!

COURSE CONTENT

What content will the courses cover?

• Go to: http://www.mindsightinstitute.com/courses/online_courses/ and click on “View Curriculum” for the course that interests you.

Do I have to start with the first course, MOL 101?

• No, the courses may be taken out of order.  Earlier courses may be viewed via recording.
• However, it is highly recommended that you complete all four courses within Level 1 before taking the Level 2 courses.

Is there any required reading?

• No; however, Dr. Siegel may provide recommended reading.

TECHNICAL COMPUTER INFO

Do I need any additional programs on my computer to watch the courses?

• No, the courses are held through WebEx, an online website, so all you need is a good internet connection and speakers to hear the audio.

May I download the course videos to my computer?

• No, all archived live recordings may only be viewed via streaming over the internet.

CEUs

May I still earn CEUs even if I don’t watch the live lecture?

• Yes, as long as you watch the recording later.

When/How will I receive my CEUs?

• About a month after completion of the current course you will receive your CEUs via e-mail.
• If you are continuing with us in other courses, you will receive your CEUs after completion of the last course you take.
